KPR adheres to the privacy, academic integrity and appeal process following guidelines set by the Ontario College of Teachers.
In March 2006, Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board was certified by the Ontario College of Teachers as a Provider of Additional Qualifications Courses for Teachers. The courses are open to all teachers registered with the college who meet the registration requirements.
We are pleased to offer:

- $575 (T2202A - issued in January of following year)
- text fee dependent on course
In order to receive a refund a request must be received in writing 3 days prior to course start date.
$500 will be refunded with written notice received within 3 days prior to course start date
There will be no refund once course starts

No criteria can be at the beginning or developing level.
|5 or more criteria achieved at the competent level or above with 2 or less at the developing level. No criteria can be at the beginning level.|
|Full or partial resubmission of assignment is required as the assignment does not meet the expectations for A+, A or B+. This is a temporary designation and failure to resubmit as required will result in a mark of fail.|
|Fail||Any criteria achieved that do not meet the requirements for A+, A, or B+.|

AQ Transcript Requests
Please send your transcript request in writing.
Your requests should include your proper full name, OCT number and the course(s) you have completed with KPR. Please provide also the session date(s) for each course. Indicate where you would like your transcript sent. Most are sent directly to QECO, but can also be sent by courier to your school or mailed to your home.
There is a fee of $10 that can be paid in cash or a cheque made payable to KPRDSB. Transcripts will not be processed until after payment is made.
All transcripts will be processed on the first Monday of every month. Please have your request and payment in before this time.

UPDATE: AQ courses offered through KPR may now be acceptable to OSSTF for certification rating. OSSTF members considering taking an AQ course through KPR for certification purposes are strongly advised to submit a Course Approval Application to the certification department of OSSTF prior to enrolling in the course.
