Remember the Health and Wellbeing Fund available to all schools and check out the awesome challenge we have for all staff this school year.

If you did not get a chance to see it last year check out our "Taking Care of Your Mental Health" video here....

Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board believes that the Health and Wellbeing of its staff is of utmost importance.  Only an engaged and resilient staff will be able to deliver and support the quality education that our students deserve.  The Health and Wellbeing committee strives to support our staff and encourage them in ensuring that their self-care is a priority.

We do that through a variety of methods, including:  supporting managers and principals in providing PD throughout the school year, exciting challenges with great prizes, monthly newsletters, and the H&W website. In addition we can provide opportunities to attend stress and relaxation sessions, compassion fatigue workshops as well as opportunities to improve physical and nutritional health and so much more.
