Please review the Rules and Regulations and School Catalogue before submitting your permit. Book Online and follow the directions to set up your online account and make school permit requests. You will be notified by email when your permit has been approved.
Community Use is now closed for the 2023/24 school year. Please see below for the 2024/25 application process.
2024/25 Booking and Dates
The 2024/25 Community Use of Schools season will run from September 20, 2024, until June 15, 2025. Bookings are not available on Holidays, PA Days, long weekends, or school breaks.
Booking hours may be modified by our department to allow for time between user groups.
Permit Application Process
2024/25 Permit Holders can book up to a maximum of 4 hours/week in each round according to permit type.

- Permit applications submitted prior to the outlined permit submission dates/times will be denied, and a new permit must be submitted on the appropriate date.
- While there is a cap on the number of hours booked per round, groups that require multiple spaces in a location will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. For example, 4 hours can be requested in the double and single gym at one location.
- Eligible groups can book up to a maximum of 4 hours/week each round, which means:
- Youth Not for Profit Local can book up to 4 hours in round 1, an additional 4 hours in round 2, an additional 4 hours in round 4, an additional 4 hours in round 5, and so on.
- Community Not for Profit can book up to 4 hours in round 3, an additional 4 hours in round 5, and any remaining needs in round 6.
- Standard Rate groups can book up to 4 hours in round 5, and any additional needs in round 6.
- Special Events (large events like recitals and tournaments) groups can book their permits in rounds 5 and 6, without limitation.
- If you’re unsure of your Permit Type, on a new permit select “Need help choosing?” under the permit type.

Standard Rates
Covers activities of a private nature (for example: birthday parties, concert promoters, dance recitals, corporate meetings or training, sports camps with paid instructors), or other for-profit activities.
