Facility Partnerships

At Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board (KPR) there are two types of facility partnership opportunities: lease and co-build.

Lease Opportunities

Where schools at KPR have under-utilized space, the board can lease space to a group to use for their purposes (office space, childcare etc.). This group must be willing to act in accordance with the board Facility Partnership Principles, as well as enter into a rental agreement with KPR.

Co-Build Opportunities

Where KPR is planning a school expansion or re-build, community groups and partners can apply to contribute financially to the build and participate in the design of the project.

Facility Partnership Opportunities

Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board (KPR) is currently not accepting applications for Facility Partnerships.
